Power International is a conglomerate company with a robust portfolio serving clients in Architecture and Construction, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Real Estate, Hospitality, and Facilities Services.

PROJECT SCOPE

Com-39 Tower is an ultra-modern, commercial office tower located in the chic Lusail City Development. Aiming to cater to the needs of its residents, the tower is made up of 2 basement floors, a ground floor, 6 podium levels, and 18 floors of office space.
CitiFour’s charge on the project was to deliver an innovative and comprehensive ICT and ELV infrastructure coupled with the latest physical security solutions.

IMPLEMENTED SOLUTIONS

CitiFour provided professional services in collaboration with a strategic partner - Diyar United Co. The solutions implemented involved the following

A building-wide ICT infrastructure, including servers, virtual environment, storage, and active IP network to integrate all ELV systems
All wired and wireless networking components, data center infrastructure, and related virtualization & management applications
A high-performance structured network cabling infrastructure that serves both their voice and data connectivity requirements.
Video surveillance systems consisting of IP-based dome cameras with 360- degree coverage

BUSINESS OUTCOME

CitiFour was involved right from the design stage, hence was able to successfully deliver a scalable and energy-efficient data center
The security sub-systems are integrated into a single, common management platform that coordinates all subsystem interactions thereby making it easier to track the operations of the tower
The implemented solution offers high image quality and availability for the identification of offenses in real-time
A guaranteed future-proof infrastructure with reusable pathways available for future expansion

Golden Bay Contracting & Trading (GBCT), is a Qatari-based construction services company and a leading grade one licensed builder. Their impressive construction footprint in Qatar is led by their ever-growing pool of trained professionals.

PROJECT SCOPE

AL Fareej Bin Derham Tower is situated at the heart of the city and caters to the commercial and business community of the city. It consists of 3 basements and 7 floors.

CitiFour was awarded the complete project of design and implementation of ELV and physical security systems.

IMPLEMENTED SOLUTIONS

The implementation was as follows;

An Intelligent building infrastructure using fiber optics backbone and category 6 UTP cabling to each data port
Wired and wireless networking components covering the entire building
Public address and associated voices alarm systems (PAVA)
A bespoke security solution that, through the use of intelligence on the network, runs both internal and external network video surveillance
Access control infrastructure with the centralized integrated alarm system

The infrastructure offers the Tower high speed, reliable connectivity, across all floors.
The advanced security solution facilitates the seamless convergence of network video surveillance, access control, and video streaming capabilities across its IP network.
The advanced IP-based cameras offer high image quality and availability for the identification of offenses in real-time
Access control infrastructure with centralized integrated alarm system promotes faster, better-informed responses from staff.

CUSTOMER PROFILE

ASSETS is a privately-owned company dedicated to building value through the development, investment, management, and financing of real assets. Their portfolio includes a number of global iconic developments in the hospitality, commercial and residential sectors.

PROJECT SCOPE

This commercial executive tower is located in Marina Commercial District in Lusail City, Doha, Qatar. The tower consists of 34 floors, 3 basement floors, and 2 podiums. CitiFour was chosen as the project manager to handle the complete project of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and physical safety & security integrated solution.

IMPLEMENTED SOLUTIONS

CitiFour designed and implemented the following;

An intelligent building infrastructure with fiber optic backbone and Category 6 UTP cabling for each data port
Secure wired and wireless networking components
HD & Full HD IP video security throughout the whole premises, including the perimeter, with infra-red capability for all time security monitoring
Access control infrastructure with a fully integrated alarm system
Gate barrier systems monitor the entry and exits
